What we do
At Haven Home Safe we give help and housing to create strong communities.
For over 40 years we have worked with government, public and private partners to connect people with housing options and support services to find and keep a place to call home. Our 176 passionate and committed employees deliver 27 tailored support programs across Victoria and manage 2,235 homes, supporting people to thrive in their tenancies.
With housing affordability and attainability a growing challenge for the community, we have over $100m in construction underway to add to our $560m + in current assets and we are continually looking for opportunities to grow our housing portfolio to create sustainable housing outcomes.
Developments
One of the ways we are working towards a future Victoria without homelessness and housing stress is to increase the supply of housing for the homeless and those in need through quality developments.
Placemaking
We recognise placemaking approaches create a connection to place and an important sense of ownership, increase inclusion, improve wellbeing, empower residents and improve safety.
