There is something each of us can do to help Victorians find and keep a place to call home.
In a world where homelessness and housing crisis exists, we connect people with housing options and integrated support so they can find and keep a place to call home.
In addition to supporting people in crisis we are dedicated to being a part of the solution and a future Victoria without homelessness and housing stress by buying, building and developing homes to increase housing supply.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. There are things each of us can do to be a part of the solution.

Getting homelessness and housing help
Also, known as Intake and Assessment Planning (IAP). An IAP appointment is the first step to getting housing help from Haven Home Safe.
Through an Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) appointment we will learn more about you and your housing needs so we can advise what accommodation options are available.
Emergency Relief
Emergency Relief is short-term financial support to help people meet urgent needs in times of crisis. The program is funded by the Australian Government, Department of Social Services.
