Client Voice Framework
The Client Voice Framework is our commitment to putting clients at the heart of everything we do. It sets out how we will partner with clients to inform how we make decisions and deliver services.
Developed in consultation with clients and staff, the framework sets out how we will embed client voices to inform our decision making and how we work.
We’ll collaborate with clients to:
- shape the delivery of our corporate services, operations and projects
- design the places they call home
- co-create new services, processes and developments that work better for them and their communities
The framework sets out why we have developed a client voice, our aims, the principles and approach that will guide our delivery, how we’ll be accountable, measure progress and performance.
