Currently, we can only deliver the supports we are contracted to provide in each region. If we are unable to deliver support within your region, we will try our best to provide you with the details for your local services.
Client Care programs
Getting homelessness and housing help
Also known as Intake and Assessment Planning (IAP). Through an IAP appointment we will learn more about you and your housing needs so we can advise what accommodation options are available. IAP might be able to help you if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Do not have a safe place to stay
- Are at risk of losing your home
- Need housing support.

Support programs
Exit Pathways Program
This program supports victim survivors to exit Family Violence Refuge into Private Rental. The EPP is delivered in the Barwon and Metro North regions. This program is for women, children/families who are in FV refuge, have family violence supports/case managers and are not in immediate crisis. Referrals are via Family Violence Refuge and support services.
Tenancy
Tenancy and Property Management (social and affordable housing)
Haven Home Safe delivers tenancy and property management for clients already living in social and affordable housing. All housing allocations are made through the Victorian Housing Register (VHR). You can learn more about the VHR here.
