Following the release of the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build, Haven Home Safe (HHS) has had considerable success in the Homes Victoria tenders for funding of new developments.

HHS has participated in the Rapid Grant, Regional, Aboriginal, Social Housing Growth Fund and Youth funding rounds and has been successful with new projects approved in all cases.

In all cases, the government grant funding that HHS will receive is being significantly supplemented by HHS’s own financial contributions to each project. Given the number of projects involved, this is a testament to the strength of HHS’s balance sheet and its financial acumen.

In total, the 2023-24 financial year will see HHS hitting the ground with over $120mil in new projects. Once completed, these development projects will see over 160 new properties added to Victoria’s social and affordable housing supply
