One of the ways we are working towards a future Victoria without homelessness and housing stress is to increase the supply of housing for the homeless and those in need through quality developments.

Haven Home Safe has a proud and extensive record of achievement in the development and construction of new housing in Victoria. Since 2012, we have completed 866 new homes with a combined value of almost $300mil.

 

With developments stretching from Warnambool to White Hills, Epping to Eaglehawk we have proven regional and metro development capabilities. Our teams have successfully managed these developments from concept and tender through to the seeing renters moving into their new homes.

Current development projects
In total, the 2023-24 financial year will see Haven hitting the ground with over $120mil in new projects. Once completed, these development projects will see over 160 new properties added to Victoria’s social and affordable housing supply.
