Community Housing provider Haven Home Safe accepted handover of 13 new homes (5 x 3-bedroom and 8 x 2-bedroom) in Robinvale ready for renters to move in just in time for Christmas.  These homes have been carefully designed to deliver community living and maximise sustainability.
Haven Home Safe has embraced modular building design to deliver 25 new (3 x one-bedroom, 22 x two-bedroom) homes in the regional Victoria town of Horsham.
Community Housing provider Haven Home Safe has partnered with Homes Victoria and E2E Growth Consultants to deliver one new 2-bedroom and three new 3-bedroom homes in Ararat. Â
A further five homes in Ararat are under construction and scheduled for delivery at the end of the year. Â
The $1.8 million development project is part of the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build Regional Round and has been jointly funded between Homes Victoria ($1.4 million) and Haven Home Safe ($400,000).
