Lisa is a senior housing leader with extensive experience shaping high‑performing operations across Victoria’s social, affordable and transitional housing programs. Lisa has a proven track record in leading services across regions, strengthening governance, service quality and operational performance during a period of significant growth and transformation in the sector.

As Head of Finance at Haven Home Safe, Leanne oversees all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, budgeting, cashflow and debt management, management and statutory reporting and financial risk governance, ensuring the organisation’s resources are effectively aligned with its mission to provide safe, secure and affordable housing and support to people in need. 

Paul Hulme is a seasoned technology and digital services leader with more than two decades of experience delivering strategic transformation across consulting, financial services, and the community housing sector. His career includes seven years with IBM and twelve years in financial services, where he led complex technology initiatives focused on operational efficiency, risk management, regulatory alignment, and sustainable financial performance.
