Leanne Bell

As Head of Finance at Haven Home Safe, Leanne oversees all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, budgeting, cashflow and debt management, management and statutory reporting and financial risk governance, ensuring the organisation’s resources are effectively aligned with its mission to provide safe, secure and affordable housing and support to people in need. 

Leanne plays a key role in supporting the Executive and Board to make data-informed, strategic decisions that maximise social impact and financial accountability.  Leanne leads with integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to transparency – values that are central to Haven Home Safe’s culture and community driven purpose. 

Leanne has over 25 years’ experience in the Not-for-Profit sector and brings financial leadership with a proven record of implementing robust financial frameworks, improving operational efficiency, implementing change and aligning financial performance with organisational strategy. 

Leanne holds a Bachelor of Accounting and is an FCPA.
