Non-urgent maintenance request form

Currently Haven Home Safe is receiving a high-volume of maintenance requests. Due to this, there will be a delay for attending to non-urgent requests compared to our usual response timeframe. Non-urgent maintenance requests will be scheduled from July, 2025 onwards.

Renters are encouraged to lodge non-urgent maintenance repairs so we can review and scheduled repairs as soon as we can.
