Also, known as Intake and Assessment Planning (IAP).
Through an Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) appointment we will learn more about you and your housing needs so we can advise what accommodation options are available.
Our Client Care teams provide IAP support in out Bendigo, Mildura, Preston and Kyabram offices.Â
Currently, we can only deliver the supports we are contracted to provide in each region. If we are unable to deliver support within your region, we will try our best to provide you with the details for your local services.
In Bendigo and Mildura we are an adult entry point, this means:
Bendigo – We can help people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 years old, please reach out to Anglicare Children and Family Services which is the Bendigo youth homeless and housing support entry point.
Mildura -We can help people aged 26 or over. If you are under 26 years old, please reach out to Mallee Accommodation Support Program which is the Mildura youth homeless and housing support entry point.
