Lisa has a proven track record in leading services across regions, strengthening governance, service quality and operational performance during a period of significant growth and transformation in the sector.

Her leadership is defined by collaboration, accountability and a strong commitment to safeguarding quality and compliance across diverse programs, with deep expertise in tenancy legislation, systems improvement and sector capability‑building.

Lisa also contributes significantly to the broader housing sector through her work with CHIA Vic as a Leading Practice Coordinator and Training Facilitator, and currently serves as a Board Member of CHIA Vic, bringing valuable governance and strategic insight to the sector.
