Paul Hulme is a seasoned technology and digital services leader with more than two decades of experience delivering strategic transformation across consulting, financial services, and the community housing sector. His career includes seven years with IBM and twelve years in financial services, where he led complex technology initiatives focused on operational efficiency, risk management, regulatory alignment, and sustainable financial performance. 

Paul brings this depth of commercial and governance experience to his work at Haven Home Safe, where he focuses on aligning technology investment with long-term organisational sustainability and service outcomes. He applies a disciplined, practical approach to delivery — balancing innovation with fiscal responsibility — to ensure solutions are affordable, resilient, and fit for purpose.  

He is recognised for translating strategy into executable roadmaps, strengthening governance and risk oversight, and providing clear, board-level insight to support informed decision-making.
