Week 38 – Trudi Ray COO

Week 38 of 40 Stories in 40 Weeks

In July this year, Trudi Ray was promoted to the newly created position of Chief Operations Officer (COO) as part of a corporate restructure.

Prior to being appointed COO, Trudi was the Executive Director for Operations in the southern region of Victoria for two years after serving as Executive Director Corporate Services from 2010 to 2016. 

Trudi has worked across all part of the business for the past 15 years and started out at the coal face working directly with clients.
