Two new Directors join Board

Haven; Home, Safe has today appointed Anne Terry and Michael Page to its Board of Directors.

Chair Damien Tangey said the new directors were joining the Board at a particularly dynamic time as the organisation gears up to play a significant role in the State Government’s $5.3 billion Big Housing Build program over the next four years.

“Both Anne and Michael are highly respected and accomplished business leaders who bring an invaluable mix of skills with decades of senior executive management and Board experience in both commercial and for-purpose property development, finance, and construction,” he said.

“We are very fortunate to have them join the Board  as we continue to deliver on our four strategic pillars of More Homes with More Supports, and developing More Capacity through More Partnerships.”

Anne has senior commercial, financial, governance, risk, and legal executive experience with several ASX100 companies including Macquarie Capital, Kennelly Constructions, and Lend Lease.

Michael has senior management experience at both the corporate and board level in property, finance, and construction, including 15 years of experience in social, affordable, and disability-related housing. In recent years Michael provided guidance and chairmanship in the development of a new NFP entity to accommodate over 340 customers requiring a very high degree of ongoing care.
