We assist thousands of people each year who are in housing crisis, homelessness, or in financial stress, helping to address their complex and often compounding issues that have lead them to their current circumstances; whilst supporting their need to source appropriate housing options.
We are a not-for-profit company, with our roots established 40 years ago in Bendigo.
We offer a variety of housing and support services to people in housing crisis across 29 Local Government Areas in regional and metro Victoria.
Our Credo defines our conscious, collective, collaborative, constant culture. It speaks to us now and into the future. It is not just what we do, it’s how we do it. Our Credo identifies our why and why not.
As one of Australia’s only fully integrated homelessness services and affordable housing providers, we provide a holistic approach to housing and homelessness across Victoria. We offer a range of services including affordable housing, homelessness support services, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), property development and asset management.
We are proud to be leaders in the community in speaking up and speaking out. Our team work consciously, collectively and collaboratively together to help the most vulnerable to become better versions of themselves. We are all in this together.
We are actively working for a better society, where everyone has an opportunity to make change for the better.
Read some of our research and reports to find out more about the life-changing work we do and the social impact this has not just for our tenants, but the wider community as well.
Our organisational reputation is very important to us and our clients. We maintain good relationships with state-wide media outlets to ensure that the impact of our work is covered on TV, radio, print newspapers and online media.
