We understand that the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation that we are all facing is upsetting and is causing many people worry.

We are here to help, and together we will get through this challenging time. The wellbeing of all of our tenants, our staff and the people we connect within our community is our number one priority, and we are here to support you.

We have put together some important information about the changes we have made to some of our services to keep everyone safe. This information is for our tenants, and contractors that support us to deliver our Active services.

Property Maintenance

The Active Maintenance Team will endeavour to continue to provide our 24-hour maintenance service through this difficult time as we deal with impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please understand that some maintenance may be slower than usual or deferred if not urgent.

Sandra will be making sure all the urgent and essential work is done first.

With our community partners we bring together housing and support to assist our tenants to achieve secure, affordable housing and full participation in community life.
