The project

Wattlewood, Carrum Downs is a re-imagining of social housing with a market value of retained stock of $45 million, due for completion in early 2021. The site has been transformed from a decommissioned age care facility and dilapidated units into a 237-lot residential subdivision with 100 new affordable units (including SDA) integrated with private market homes.
