New Epping

Expressions of interest now open for New Epping affordable apartments

About the project

New Epping is a mixed-use precinct in the City of Whittlesea that will offer a variety of housing options in 11 hectares of green space and a conservation area. Conveniently positioned near major employers, public transport, health and retail facilities, offices, aged care, childcare and open space, when completed, the suburb will provide 2,000 new homes. The apartments are being developed in partnership with Homes Victoria through the Social Housing Growth Fund and the Riverlee Group. Haven Home Safe will be managing tenancies and community-building initiatives for all apartments with an on-site office. We invite interested people to read through the information below and complete an expression of interest form now.
