We have installed a virtual concierge across our access points for contactless entry to protect staff and clients.
We are offering digital vouchers where possible for Emergency Relief and material aid.
We are keeping everyone safe across our sites with mandatory face coverings, social distancing, directional foot traffic, hand sanitising stations, extra cleaning, room occupancy limits and protective screens.
We are handing out free disposable face masks to clients who need them.
We’ve installed hand sanitisers in out multi-unit sites to minimise the risk of transmission.

The Department of Health and Human Services will be assisting vulnerable Victorians in metropolitan Melbourne with in-home testing to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our access points are open 10am – 4pm daily. Our priority remains to support people experiencing, or at risk, of homelessness.
Our offices in Bendigo, Preston, Mildura, and Geelong are open, and have a number of new COVID-19 Infection Control measures that we all must abide by. These measures are clearly communicated by staff and signage for your safety at all of our offices. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our virtual concierge, and directed into a meeting room for a tele-consult.
All Haven; Home, Safe offices are practising social distancing and a distance of 1.5 metres between all staff and clients, and masks must be worn at all times.
Unfortunately, our offices are no longer able to provide tea, coffee or noodles.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may cause illness in animals or humans. COVID-19 is a new virus that can cause an infection in people, including a severe respiratory illness. The most recently discovered coronavirus causes coronavirus disease COVID-19.
COVID-19 spreads through close contact with an infected person; mostly face-to-face or within a household. It cannot jump across a room or be carried for long distances in the air so we should all go about our lives as normal.
Many people who contract COVID–19 will suffer only mild symptoms. However early indications are that the elderly and people with pre-existing medical conditions are more at risk of experiencing severe symptoms.
