Coronavirus (COVID-19) Important Information

One of our core values is to put people first.

So we have been listening and acting on advice from the Department of Health and Human Services to do whatever is necessary to minimise the spread of COVID-19 as part of their four-staged plan.

We have enacted our Business Continuity Plan and associated Pandemic Response protocols and Critical Function Plans and continue to monitor the situation.

While our offices in Bendigo, Preston, Mildura, and Geelong will remain open, for now, we have taken action to proactively protect our staff, their families and everybody we work with including our vulnerable clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Our response measures include:

  • Reinforcement of safe hand and respiratory hygiene
  • Social distancing
  • Increased cleaning protocols
  • Reduced client appointments times
  • Directing staff to stay home if they have symptoms of illness and self-quarantine
  • Staggering staff hours of work, or where practical, working from home

The best public health advice tells us COVID-19 will be with us for a while so, until further notice, all meetings will be conducted via video or teleconferencing.

All business-related travel to events, training, conferences and the like, has been suspended.  All meetings will be conducted via video or teleconferencing.

Taking action is the best way we can protect our people from the risks attached to this virus and help prevent a sharp spike in the number of infections and reduce the pressure on our health system and ensuring that everyone gets access to the care they need.

We appreciate your understanding and will provide regular updates as the situation changes.
