Steps to follow when lodging a complaint:
ধাপ 1: To complain or appeal a decision, you should first try and resolve it with your assigned worker.
Step 2: If Step 1 is unsuccessful, there are various ways you can submit a formal complaint. You can choose to exclude your contact details if you prefer to remain anonymous.
ধাপ 3: If Step 2 doesn’t resolve your concerns, then the matter can be referred to a higher management level for attention.
